Conditions of sale and Reservations

If you wish to reserve a puppy already born:

Thank you to read the conditions of sale and to print the file booking for a puppy already born to fill it and return me it with your payment of 300 euros for the booking, this amount will not returned in case of withdrawal of yours from the 8th day after the booking.

A receipt will be sent to you of receipt of your reservation

The price of a puppy registered in the LOF is € 900.The puppy will be the property of the farmer until full payment of the agreed price, the balance of the price will be paid the day of the departure of the puppy.

The puppy will be vaccine, chip, de-worming and sold with its health book, a good veterinary health certificate, a birth record and a certificate of sale in two copies, the puppy will be reclaimed from the breeder 15 days maximum after the second month of the puppy.

In case of payment to repeatedly refer to the chapter rates

In the event of death of the puppy before being handed over to the buyer all monies paid will be refunded to the purchaser, any compensation other than the already paid amounts will be due.

Death having been recovered, it is the rural code on pets that applies (document presented at the departure of the puppy by the seller or visible on our site).

The sale of pets is prohibited in the minor persons under guardianship, curatorship or the subject of a conviction for ill-treatment on animals

The fees are as follows:

900 euros in cash.
1000 euros in payments staggered over three times.

-Price of 900 euros for a payment installment in 3 times since birth with total payment of the price the day of the departure of the puppy.

-If you wish to pay until 3 times since the birth:

Need to send us 2 cheques accompanied voucher EUR 300. the first cheque will be cashed immediately, the second will be received the following month, the third payment of 300 euros in case the day of the departure of the puppy.

-Prize of 1000 euros for a payment installment 4 times since the birth of the puppy:

-If you wish to pay in 4 times since the birth:

Need to send us 2 cheques accompanied voucher EUR 250. the first cheque will be cashed immediately, the second will be received the following month, the third payment of 250 euros cash the day of the departure of the puppy with delivery of the fourth cheque of 250 cashable euros 30 days later.

-Prize of 1000 euros for payment by instalments of 5, 10 or 36 times

After acceptance of a record of credit with insurance included with Franfinance (General company) and provides animals (Axa).

-If you wish to pay in 5,10 or 36 times with assurance included health:

A credit record must be filled with us and some original documents must be sent to establish the record.

Identification of the borrower and co-borrower where appropriate.
A proof of residence of less than 2 months (invoice EDF, telephone line) or the last statement of charges.
Proof of income: 2 last salary slips or last tax notices.

Immediate response in principle by internet.

In case of payment by credit report 5.10 or 36 times, a cheque for deposit of 1000 euros will be requested and made after the agreement complete with the record and payment on our account by credit Corporation.

-Example of financing:

5-fold = €201,81 per month more mutual health €38.22 per month

10 times = €107.24 per month more mutual health €38.22 per month

36 times = 67 euros per month included health insurance.


-Attention, all monies paid are a deposit that you will not be made if cancellation on your part.

In case of payment several times, the dog will remain the property of livestock until full payment. The change of ownership will be about 3 weeks after the last cheque. You will then receive his identification card and its LOF.

Defaults, the breeder will be able to retrieve the dog and all monies paid will be lost (no veterinary expenses will be reimbursed)
All our puppies are sold as pet dog, no puppy will be guaranteed as a player and any results in exhibitions will be guaranteed.
